I loved this product, and everyone at work loved the chocolate fudge cake pops that I made.The product straight out of the box contained 1 set of cake pop pans, 18 reusable sticks, 2 silicone clamps to hold the pans together, and lastly a sheet of paper with instructions/tips.I would say that the reusable sticks are not the best, they're a little flimsy and honestly, I don't think I would want to ask for the sticks back once I've given the cake pops to someone. I prefer to use the disposable sticks you can buy at the store. The silicone clamps seem to be sturdy, and have done what it's supposed to do. The construction of the pans themselves were pretty good, didn't have any problems with cake pops sticking.A few tips that I've found to be helpful, whatever the cake recipe you have, add 1 egg to itand instead of water use milk and only half of the portion you would have used with water, lastly add a packet of pudding mix.For example, if your recipe calls for 3 eggs(box mix or from scratch) use 4 eggs, if the recipe calls for 1 cup of water use 1/2 cup of milk. Now, as for the pudding mix, try to use the same "flavor" as your cake recipe, if it's chocolate cake use chocolate pudding, if it's carrot cake, use vanilla pudding.Tips:- Spray the insides of the pan with non-stick cooking spray (both bottom and top pans) as well as the outside of the top pan, so that the overflow batter is easier to remove.- Don't over fill the cake pop pan, otherwise your cake pops will have a "ring" around the cake pop. Best is to fill it almost to the top, but leaving a little bit of space so that the top cake pop pan (with the holes) touches the bottom pan.- The baking instructions that came with the bake pops, suggested 30 minutes of baking time. This is WAY too long! You'll end up with burnt cake pops. The baking time that yielded the best cake pops was approximately 15 minutes.- Dip the popsicle sticks in candy melt before inserting into cake pop, and then let it cool so the candy melt hardens.- To avoid cake pops falling from the sticks, careful when tapping off the excess coating. Hold the popsicle stick with the cake pop already dipped in whatever coating, and tap your hand with your other hand instead of tapping the popsicle stick.Hope this helps, happy cake pop making!

My granddaughter and I followed the instruction exactly--add an extra egg, use milk instead of water and use only half the amount indicated--and filled the pan as shown. BUT, there was no mention of how full to fill the cavities and we ended up with almost a layer of cake all over the top of the pan. Again following the directions for inserting the sticks, we found that most of them pulled right out of the cake ball and, again using the instructions for icing with melted chocolate chips, more cakes fell off the sticks even after we "cemented" them in with melted chips, letting them chill before icing them. Instructions must have been compiled by someone other than even an amateur cook and no one in the company must have tried out the instructions.

I bought it and it worked for me. I followed the instruction. I scratched of the batter, because I only filled the bottom pan (the one without the holes) and at the end they filled up all the way. Of course, there was batter coming out but I was able to take it of easily. And with the batter I had left I baked another small cake. So, I am happy with this item. It worked for me. And I really like it. I am looking forward to make more of these.
