When I first got this piece as a wedding gift, I had no idea how much use this little guy would get. I have 4 other PC stonewear pieces but I always end up using the deep dish baker, for EVERYTHING. Its the only thing I will make my cornbread in because it bakes so perfectly even. I also use it to make sweet potato casserole, chicken, drunken pork chops, cinnamon rolls, and green bean casserole. Its definatly got its moneys worth, and I am so glad I have it. I would highly reccomend buying...its awesome.
