Customer Reviews

5 out of 5 stars Especially nice for yeast doughs
Gracie Lou

The non-stick surface is very effective and is a breeze to clean. I find the snug fitting cover, which is about 3/4 inch higher than the pan, perfect for covering yeast rolls to raise. I have multiple Airbake products and the insulation prevents overbrowning on the bottom. There are no dark brown edges on cookies with Airbake.

5 out of 5 stars These are the BEST pans!!

Always makes my cakes and deserts bake more evenly. Love that they have the snap on see through lid too! Would highly recommend. These are the only pans I use now.

5 out of 5 stars Good pan
Bartholomew Wojcik

After accidentally over-baking 7-step bars by 10 minutes, they were evenly golden (instead of the usual white coconut on top). What would have been a wasted pan of partially carbonized dessert actually turned out quite tasty. The pan made it cook evenly rather than what would have been the alternative: scorched along the edges and across the bottom!Side Note: We ordered the AirBake by WearEver Ultra Oblong Baking Pan w/ Cover, 13 x 9 x 2.25 from Amazon, but ours arrived in completely Tfal packaging. Whether someone at Amazon mixed up the order, or if Tfal rebrands WearEver's product (or vice-versa), who knows? We got this one and it works, no complaint here. But if you're brand conscious: caveat emptor.
