Description

From lid to handle to base, each piece of Infinite Circulon cookware is geared for optimal performance in the kitchen--so home chefs can focus on the art of cooking, not the science. The hard-anodized aluminum bodies and stainless-steel bases with encapsulated aluminum cores offer the dual advantages of rapid, even heating and superior durability. Circulon's TOTAL nonstick system (rated the longest wearing by independent lab tests) features an all-over nonstick coating and a Hi-Low ring design that heats food over the entire cooking surface, but reduces abrasion by allowing only a portion of food and utensils to touch. Also, unlike most nonstick pans, Infinite goes right into the dishwasher so cleanup is a breeze. This 10-1/2-inch covered buffet casserole has a roomy round shape and sloped sides with cast stainless-steel loop handles that stay cool on the stovetop and are riveted for extra strength. Nestling snugly onto the rim, the matching stainless-steel lid keeps a low profile topped by an arched handle that distances fingers from the heat. The casserole's deep charcoal grey and bright mirror-polish combination looks sleekly professional yet stylish enough to bring to the table for serving. It is oven-safe to 500 degrees F and can be used on all range types. Hard-anodized aluminum also doesn't chip, stain, or scratch so the aptly named Infinite will keep its good looks for many years to come. It is backed with a limited lifetime warranty. --Kara Karll

5 out of 5 stars Best Everyday Pan
Sheshechic

First let me say that I absolutely love the Infinite line, they are beautiful and do exactly what they claim. I own several of the fry pans, sauce pots and this covered casserole. It obviously is beautiful enough to take to the table even if when serving important guests. Infinite really does exceptionally well in the dishwasher too.Although labeled a casserole this pan is really the best everyday pan out there. I say this because the others cannot go into the dishwasher and do not have the same quality construction and materials. Also, since it is not overly big or small and comes with a lid it is perfect for preparing a box of Rice-A-Roni (our family favorite box product), frittata, and more. It is a bit heavier because of the encapsulated bottom and hefty handles but it is not unreasonably heavy either.BTW, if you're getting white spots on your non-stick cookware after cleaning in the dishwasher it's your water and the new soap products (regulation required changes to formulas). Also, those spots are not permanent and will wipe right out. Adding a little Lemi Shine to your dishwasher will help eliminate what the new water and soap standards leave behind on your dishes that even rinse aid cannot prevent.Note to Circulon: I wish you had not decided to stop producing this line. The replacement line is not as desirable to me with it's rubber and high arching handles.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with the quality, cooking characteristics, and beauty of the Circulon Infinite series. We purchased the starter set and several pieces. We have been happy with each of them.

5 out of 5 stars I wish I had bought this sooner!

I wish I had bought this sooner. It takes a little longer to heat up, because of the thick bottom, but when it does it keeps it hot alot longer. I haven't used it in the dishwasher yet, because it is so easy to clean. Marshmellos don't even stick to the casserole.
