These are beautiful little casserole dishes that can be used to bake things in or to serve anything for one or two. I have served vegetables on the table in them, and have served pie and ice cream in them. I haven't tried baking anything it one yet, but you could bake some single-serve dish in one. They're highly attractive and versatile and especially useful for a small family for serving. One of the two I ordered came cracked right in half despite the excellent bubble wrap packaging, but I returned it using the Amazon system and within just three days I had a replacement. The return system works great.

This dish is deep in spite of being the individual size and what a lovely colour! Am looking forward to using it lots now that I've switched to Fiestaware.
