I used this covered pan immediately for baking scalloped potatoes. They turned out perfect and did not burn on the bottom. I have since used it for baking beans, making soup on the stovetop. And for making jam. In all cases, nothing stuck or burned and cleanup is very easy. A wonderful non reactive non-stick all purpose pan. I received delivery within several days from Amazon. Very good service.

I bought this casserole for my solar oven and it works perfectly. Solar ovens need black covered dishes that are thin to absorb the heat. Easy to clean. Just what I wanted.

I have a large Dutch oven that I've been cooking in for years. Now that I'm an empty nester I wanted a smaller one to cook a meal for two. This is the perfect size, cooks quickly, (usually about an hour) meats roast very tender and clean up is a snap. My daughter borrowed it and it never came back, looks like I'll have to buy another!
