The lid does not fit

Purchased this recently as a Christmas gift. It seemed like exactly what I was looking for, although once it was opened I realized that the lid does not fit properly. I will be returning it.

Pretty but Unexpected

While searching for Corelle casserole dishes, I found this pretty covered pot. What I needed was light weight bakeware that wouldn't leach toxic matter into my food--no plastic or aluminum. Unfortunately this is a very heavy dish, so I can't use it. Foiled by a faulty search engine (and not reading carefully)!
