I got the set of 3 casseroles after my one Milton casserole that I got in India fell apart. I just planned to use them for keeping rotis and parathas warm but I have used for main dishes as well. We took them on a road trip and they kept the food warm enough to eat 3 hours into the journey.Only thing that surprised me was that they were more a silvery color rather than the gold they appear to be in this picture, but I did not really care what they looked like. They more than do the job.
