The product itself is good (it keeps the food hot) and seems to be built well, but not happy with what I got as the plastic cover is of a murky greyish green which looks very weird (and dirty to some extent). Just didnt think was worth the time or effort to ship back.

Looks good - keeps food hot for an hour or two and warm longer - Had no problems with it until last week. I took Green Beans to a church luncheon- during the transport it was turned over - I thought nothing of it until I picked it up a while later and the handles are attached to a rim that is not part of the bowl itself and they pulled off the bowl. The problem is there is styrophone in between the handles/lid and the bowl itself so apparently the liquid made the glue loosen. Thank goodness I didn't still everything in the middle of the floor but did make a nice mess with it. This is not a quality product - Should not be sold unless a warning is included as this could have been a bowl of very hot food when this happened.

I didn't like this product because nothing stays warm in this as it says. Also the design and the quality is very poor. Whenever I use it from inside, the water goes in the steel bowl and comes out when you shake it. :((
