I actually bought this at a store. I'd been wanting to try it for ages. It is amazing! The smell is rich, exactly as described. I've used it in cobblers, pies and cookies so far, with great results! It doesn't bake out. The items smelled even better, and tasted even better! It's my favorite "secret ingredient" now! I'll be using it in a cheesecake soon and can't wait to see how it turns out!!

Good, unique flavor. Not great in everything, but great in the items it belongs. Didn't go well with peach cobbler, but tasty in pancakes, cookies and icing.
