After spending the long weekend cleaning out kitchen cabinets, getting rid of old dishes, pots, and containers with lost covers, I purchased this as a replacement. I love it. It's a beautiful, warm tomato red color. The casserround is roomy enough for cooking large portions, or making a dinner for two. A big selling point with me was the handles. Previously I had 15yo French white Corningware. This is a huge improvement. This is my second piece of RR's stoneware collection. Next up for me is the Bubble and Brown 2piece set.Pro's:*reasonable price*great color options instead of bland white or your grandma's floral pattern*sturdy*versatile*easily stored*relatively lightweight*cleans up like a dreamCon's:None for me.

I roasted chicken there with potato. Love this casserole. Chicken came out tender, juicy and full of flavors. Very easy to wash (I washed by hand). The handles are brilliant.
