This is a great thing to have for a large family. I am glad to have the dutch oven it makes cooking some things so much easier. definately good to have the enamel coating on the inside too.

I bought this item based upon a review in Cooks Illustrated. I seasoned the pot as was recommended and have enjoyed cooking with it. I made a dish that required oven cooking ... results were perfect! And I made marinara sauce that required simmering on the stovetop ... again wonderful results. I am so happy I purchased this item. And it costs much less than a Le Creuset ... even better!!
