Customer Reviews

5 out of 5 stars Excellent customer Service

One of the most important fact is not just the quality of product but the customer support.I started to notice ceramic crack after a few uses, I called customer service of Vinaroz, and explained the issue and they said no problem, they have started doing 2 coats of ceramic and sent me a replacement at no cost.I do recommend the product as an excellent addition to cookware as searing and cleanup is a breeze.

The ceramic cleans really easily and great size for large soups. Heats quickly. Be careful the handles get hot so use mitts.

i had cooked rice about 3 times in it and it works great. i can still get the bottom of the rice lightly overcooked without burning which is great. in my country we call this "pegao"i highly recommend it. the price is hard to beat i got it when it was around $35 and i am buying another for my daughterupdate:march 2013 still love it. it does stain a little bit in the bottom maybe due to salt or condiments. does not affect function.
