I bought this recently and it keeps the food nice and warm. I am happy with the purchase, we use this primarily to keep the bread / "chapati" after they are cooked so they are warm even after some time thanks!

Its just ok. I would return it but the hassle is too much. The lid doesnt fit easily but it keeps food warm.
